You're a commercial finance broker under an Australian Credit Licence. Every piece of content, every outbound email, every voice-agent transcript has to sit inside ASIC, ACL and Spam Act rules — even the ones you'd never think of. This is the discipline I hold, not you.

Every piece of published content carries a "general information only, not personal financial or credit advice" disclaimer. Your ACL number appears in every email footer. The Voice Agent never quotes rates, never confirms approval, never gives credit advice — it captures, qualifies, books, hands off. You approve every scope change.

Every outbound email carries identification, consent basis, and a working unsubscribe.
